Manuel Pellegrini has extended his contract with Betis. Betis have announced a one-season contract extension with head coach Manuel Pellegrini. The 72-year-old specialist will lead the team until June 2027.  
Pellegrini took charge of Betis in 2020. Under his leadership, the team won the Copa del Rey in 2022 and last season reached the UEFA Conference League final, where they lost to Chelsea (1:4).
Pellegrini is the club`s record holder for the number of appearances at the helm of a team in La Liga and European competition, as well as the number of victories as a coach.
