Bottas started working at Cadillac. Cadillac driver Valtteri Bottas has officially joined the American team.
Bottas, after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, fulfilled all contractual obligations to Mercedes, where he worked as a reserve driver last season, and has now joined his new team.
Yesterday Bottas visited the Cadillac base for the first time, and today he started work.
I`m excited to finally get started as a Cadillac racer. This is a proud moment for me and marks the beginning of a new chapter in my career as part of a team that is just starting its journey in Formula 1. We have a lot of work ahead of us, so I will try to use all my experience to help the team now that I am fully integrated into the team.
The opportunity to see the first steps of the team, when everything is just starting to come together, is always a special moment and a special feeling, which allows you to understand the dynamics of the development of the project. “I’m looking forward to the start of the season and the opportunity to race again, ” said Bottas.
